RehabWorksheets Tools

Privacy

This site is a set of cognitive practice tools for therapists, caregivers, and people practising thinking skills. It is built so that nothing about a patient or client is ever collected or stored. This page says exactly what is kept, and about whom.

If you have an account

Sign-in and billing are handled by Clerk, which keeps your email address, your sign-in details, and your subscription. This site keeps, against your account:

If a therapist gave you a home practice link

You do not need an account, and you are never asked for a name or anything else. The therapist who made the link may have put up to three letters of initials on it; that is the only thing on this site that refers to you, and they chose it. Each round you finish through the link is recorded in that therapist's session log as numbers: the exercise, its settings, how long the round took, and the score. Rounds stay in their log until they delete the link, which removes every round with it. Nothing is stored on your device except your large-print choice.

What is never stored

Names, dates of birth, contact details, diagnoses, or any other information about the person doing an exercise. There are no fields for them. The database rejects initials longer than three letters, and every logged round goes through a filter that keeps only known settings and numbers.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and where visitors came from. It sets no cookies and records nothing about who practises or how they did.

Deleting

Simulator sessions and home practice links can be deleted from your account at any time, and deleting a link removes its rounds. To delete your account or anything else, write to us from the contact page.

See also the plans page for what each plan includes.
