About Pattern Recall
Pattern Recall is a cognitive stimulation exercise for visuospatial memory: a grid pattern appears, hides itself, and is rebuilt from memory by tapping the cells. Because the screen controls the exposure, it can do what a paper worksheet can’t — show a pattern for exactly three seconds, or add a silent delay between watching and recalling, which works the memory in a genuinely different way. One-by-one presentation asks for the order as well as the places, and the adaptive span mode climbs one cell at a time until the pattern slips, so every session ends at the edge of what’s possible today.
It’s built for occupational therapists, caregivers, and anyone practicing memory skills, and it runs in any browser with no setup — open it and go. The PDF export produces printable pattern sheets with matching blank grids for tabletop practice. Pattern Recall is a practice and cognitive stimulation tool, not a standardized assessment, and no patient information is collected or stored.
